- WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
Simple. You can return a product free of charge within 100 days of purchase, as long as it’s still good as new, with all the original tags still attached, for a full refund. Just go to our returns site and enter your order number and email address. We'll give you a free returns label to stick on the package. It's best to use the same packaging it came in, to protect the bag really well. For returns and exchanges, we work with UPS in the US and with DHL everywhere else. The process is straightforward and we are here to help with any questions that you have along the way.
- WHAT IS TROUBADOUR’S RETURN POLICY?
We happily accept returned goods – our aim is to make sure every customer is pleased with the Troubadour experience. All returned products must be new and unused, with all tags still attached, and returned to us within 100 days of purchase. We may not be able to accept returned goods if they are not received in that condition. We recommend using the original packaging to ensure returned items are adequately protected.
- WILL TROUBADOUR REFUND THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?
Refunds are credited back to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note it can take up to ten days before the refund appears in your account.
